Seifer Almasy is yet another Balamb Garden student and SeeD canidate. He is very competitive, always needing to be the best. He also has a very, very short temper. This tends to get him into some problems. It caused the scar on Squall's forehead during a training excersize. It also caused Seifer to not be admitted to SeeD, for he was too irrational. Instead, he was given a job on the disciplinary team at Balamb Garden. Seifer leads the SeeD exam mission to Dollet. He views Squall as his arch-rival. He will stop at nothing to be better than him. He also tends to pick on Zell alot. Seifer's weapon is the Cross Sword, a form of the gunblade. Just a sword with a gun. His limit break is No Mercy, but that isn't too important since you only control him for a short time.
