Siren is obtained by drawing it from Elvoret, who shows up at the Dollet Communication Tower. He's the boss that throws Wedge and Biggs. Siren's Silent Voice has the power to silence enemies, which will be useful if you are fighting a boss who relies heavily on magic. Siren has the extremely useful ability of Move-Find, which lets you find hidden Save and Draw points, which is a useful thing to have.
