Leviathan is very powerful, but few enemies have water weakness. You can draw him from NORG in the Balamb Garden basement. He's damn good on the offensive, and he has some great abilities. His Recover, which lets you recover ALL of a party member's HP without using magic. This is REALLY useful. Use it against machines, it's pretty useful with them.
