Cerberus could be the most useful GF in the game. Upon being summoned, Cerberus casts Double, Triple, and Haste on your entire party. That'll let you attack a lot, and quickly too. This DEFINATELY makes up for his lack of an attack. He is obtained in the yellow glowng circle in the Galbadia Garden Main Hall at Disc 2's end. Fight him, beat him, and you get a new and VERY useful GF. He also has the useful Auto-Haste ability which activates haste automaticly when a battle starts.
